Now imagine what the next 100 days will look like if you do nothing. Pretty similar to the previous 100-days?  \nTeddy Roosevelt once said\, “The best choice you can make is the right choice. The second best choice you can make is the wrong choice. The worst thing you can do is not make a choice.” \nMany of the healthcare entrepreneurs we work with often don’t know what direction to take. They have big goals and a desire to serve on a deeper level but they fail to execute. They want to implement new services into their practices that are beyond the broken fee-per service insurance model but they can’t break free from how they are currently operating. They want to grow a team and create more freedom for themselves but never seem to do it. \nI often find that many of the most talented doctors that I work with are in the prime of their careers\, yet they are burned out because of the stress that comes from running a practice. They were too busy working in their business and failed to see the dramatic shift in the medical world until it was too late.  Many of the doctors I work with hold the solutions for ending pain and chronic disease but they don’t put in a marketing plan and know one knows they even exist. They think about marketing last and then they run out of new patients and don’t know why. They blame it on the economy or the drop and insurance benefits but that’s just not the truth.  \nI too have been there. I’ve experienced the sleepless nights\, the fears of not being able to cover the expenses\, the lack of confidence in the insurance industry and all of the nuances that can occur in the healthcare industry. The pain that I experienced led me to create a model of care that got my patients the best results possible\, while giving me the freedom that I needed to continue to serve at my full capacity.  \nThis same model that has freed me from the grips of being a solo practitioner and a clinic dependent on insurance reimbursement\, to a having 4 highly successful clinics. The only way that I was able to get there was to have three things in place: \n1. A intensely clear vision.\n2. A strategy to achieve that vision\n3.
